If you want to start your day with a healthy drink, then amla-ginger juice can be a good option for you. However, you can drink this juice in the evening as well. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of Amla-Ginger juice which is very easy. Let’s know how to make Amla-Ginger juice.

Amla-Ginger juice: Ingredients

Amla pieces – 1/2 cup
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Recipe

  • To make amla ginger juice, first take amla and wash it thoroughly by putting it in water.
  • After this, cut the amla with the help of a knife and separate its kernels.
  • Now put the cut pieces of amla in a bowl.
  • Now wash and peel the ginger in the same way, and cut the ginger into thick pieces.
  • Now put amla pieces and chopped ginger in the mixer jar.
  • After this, pour one-fourth cup of water in the jar and grind it by putting the lid of the mixer jar.
  • Blend the amla and ginger until the mixture is well smooth.
  • After this, put the prepared mixture in a deep bowl and filter it with the help of a sieve.
  • Now pour the prepared juice in a serving glass and add a pinch of salt to it and dissolve it with the help of a spoon.

  • Now give it to your children and drink it yourself.
