Makhana Dosa Recipe: Ingredients
4 servings,
1 cup roasted makhana,
1/2 cup pressed rice,
1/2 teaspoon fruit salt,
1 cup semolina,
1/2 cup thick sour curd,
salt – as required
Method
To make makhana dosa, first of all, add makhana, Rava, poha, curd, 1 cup water and salt to taste in a bowl and mix well and let it sit for 10 to 12 minutes. Put this mixture in a blender along with 1/2 cup of water and blend till it becomes a smooth batter.
After this, take out this batter in a bowl and keep stirring continuously make it puffy and add Eno to it and mix it. After this, heat a non-stick griddle and grease it with oil, and then pour 2 spoons of batter on the griddle and spread it in a circular motion cook from one side and then flip it to the other side.
Then, when you feel that it is cooked, take it off the pan. Your Makhana Dosa is ready, now serve it with chutney and relish eating.
