- Idli Rice (3/4 cup)
- Fenugreek seeds (1/4 tsp)

Rava Idli Recipe
- To make soft rava idli, you have to soak fenugreek, semolina and urad dal for two hours in advance.
- After this, prepare fenugreek and urad dal by grinding them well in a mixer grinder. Now prepare a paste by adding soaked semolina to it.
- Prepare a thin batter and then leave it to ferment for 7 hours.
- Therefore, whenever you want to make idli, make the above preparations a day before that, so that you can prepare soft idli the next day.
- After 7 hours, take the idli mould and grease the plate with ghee or oil to make idli in it. After this pour the batter and cook it in the idli stand. Prepare all the idlis in this way.
- If you do not have an idli maker, then put the paste in the idli stand and cook it in the cooker. To make it, put water in the cooker and cover and cook it.
- After this, insert a knife and check whether the idli is cooked or not. In this way, the idli will be ready.
