Learn how to make Ginger Garlic Soup, which is beneficial for body in cold weather

Ginger garlic soup recipe: The cold season has now knocked on the doors, and as soon as this season comes, it brings many diseases like cold and cough, which makes everyone worry about it. To fight these diseases, people start taking various home remedies. 

Many people also consume soup, to keep their bodies warm and healthy. For soup lovers, here is a recipe for one more delicious soup which is Ginger Garlic Soup. 

Ginger Garlic Soup: Ingredients

  • 3 cups – Mix vegetables
  • 1 inch piece – grated ginger
  • 4- Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2- finely chopped onion
  • 1- Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2- chopped capsicum
  • 3 tbsp – sweet corn
  • 3 tbsp – Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup – corn flour slurry
  • 2 tbsp – chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp – ground black pepper
  • 3-4 tsp – oil
  • Salt according to taste 

Ginger Garlic Soup: Recipe

  • First of all, wash all the vegetables including onion, carrot, and capsicum thoroughly and chop them finely.
  • Along with that, cut ginger and garlic into small pieces as well.
  • Then now put mixed vegetables and 5 cups of water in a vessel.
  • After that add half a teaspoon of salt to it and keep it on the gas to heat and boil the vegetables on medium flame till they leave their taste.
  • Then boil it for at least 15 minutes, after that remove the vegetables and keep the vegetable stock aside in a vessel.
  • After that, put 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan and heat it on the medium flame when the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger and fry it.
  • Saute all the ingredients till they become soft, and then add sweet corn, half capsicum and carrots and fry them.
  • Then after frying for a minute, add vegetable stock to it. Boil it for at least 5 minutes.
  • After that, add 3 tbsp of leaves and prepare corn flour slurry.
  • To prepare, mix 2 teaspoons of corn flour and half a cup of water in a bowl.
  • Now add the prepared slurry to the soup and boil it for 2 minutes.
  • When the soup becomes thick, add black pepper powder, green onion and salt as per taste.
  • After mixing it well, cook for 1 more minute, then turn off the gas.

Your Tasty and Healthy Ginger Garlic Soup is ready.
