There are many types of super foods to strengthen immunity in winter. But today we are going to tell you about super immunity drink. The name of this immunity booster drink is Kanji. Which is very easy to make and effective in immunizing health.

Kanji Recipe: Ingredients

  • 2 kg carrots
  • 1 kg beetroot
  • 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • A little asafoetida
  • Black salt as per taste

Recipe

  • First of all boil three cups of water.
  • When the water becomes hot, put carrots in it and boil it for a while.
  • Now let it cool down. And chop the beetroot.
  • Now add salt to taste and a little mustard powder in a deep vessel and mix well.
  • Then put boiled carrots and chopped beetroot lentils in it.
  • Fill this mixture in a jar and keep it.
  • Keep it in the sun for two to three days and keep stirring it in between.
  • You will see that now its color has become very beautiful red. At this stage your kanji is ready to be made of mud ink.
  • Now whenever you feel like drinking Kanji drink or you are feeling weak, take a little
  • Kanji drink in a glass.
  • And add some water to it and if you want, you can also add lemon to it.
    This will make it taste very good.

Let us tell you that it is full of nutrients. Elements rich in probiotics are found in Kanji which improves immunity. Along with this, its consumption can also remove the problems related to the intestine and skin.
