Kanji Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 kg carrots
- 1 kg beetroot
- 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- A little asafoetida
- Black salt as per taste
Recipe
- First of all boil three cups of water.
- When the water becomes hot, put carrots in it and boil it for a while.
- Now let it cool down. And chop the beetroot.
- Now add salt to taste and a little mustard powder in a deep vessel and mix well.
- Then put boiled carrots and chopped beetroot lentils in it.
- Fill this mixture in a jar and keep it.
- Keep it in the sun for two to three days and keep stirring it in between.
- You will see that now its color has become very beautiful red. At this stage your kanji is ready to be made of mud ink.
- Now whenever you feel like drinking Kanji drink or you are feeling weak, take a little
- Kanji drink in a glass.
- And add some water to it and if you want, you can also add lemon to it.
This will make it taste very good.
