Instant Sabudana Dosa recipe: Ingredients
- Sabudana (½ cup)
- Sama Rice (½ cup)
- Water
- Curd (¼ cup)
- 1 potato (boiled)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- a teaspoon of salt
- two teaspoons peanuts
- two finely chopped chilies
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Two teaspoons chopped coriander
- 1 inch finely chopped ginger
Instant Sabudana Dosa Recipe
STEP 1- First of all, put ½ cup sago in a pan and roast it for about 5 minutes. After this, take it out in a plate to cool. After this, grind sago and ½ cup sama rice in a grinder. After grinding it finely, take it out in a big bowl.
STEP 2- Prepare a smooth paste by mixing one boiled potato and some water in a bowl. Add 1 tsp cumin, 2 chilies, ½ tsp black pepper, ¼ cup curd, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp coriander, 2 tbsp peanuts and 1 inch ginger and mix it.
STEP 3- Mix all these ingredients in sama rice and sago powder. After this, add 2 cups of water to the bowl and mix it well. Prepare the batter in such a way that no lumps are formed in the batter. Now leave the batter for making dosa for 20 minutes. If the batter becomes too thick, then you can add some more water according to your taste.
STEP 4- After 20 minutes the batter is ready to make dosa. To make Sabudana dosa, you have to keep a pan on the gas for heating. After this pour the batter on the pan with the help of a bowl. Spread 1 tsp ghee on the pan and cook for about 3 minutes or till the dosa turns crisp. After cooking both the sides, the instant dosa will be ready. You can eat it with your favorite chutney.
