Holi 2023: Shrikhand Recipe Ingredients
- Curd (1 kg)
- Cashew (20)
- Almonds (10)
- Pistachios (5)
- Saffron (1/2 tsp)
- Saffron food colour (1 pinch)
- Sugar to taste
- Cardamom Powder (1 tsp)
Shrikhand Recipe
- First of all, take a muslin cloth.
- After this, put curd in that cloth and squeeze out all the water well.
- Tie its curd in the same cloth and hang it in a high place.
- Leave it like this for about 7 to 8 hours.
- Squeeze again and keep the curd in a vessel.
- Whisk the curd well for about 5 minutes.
- Add saffron, sugar as per taste and cardamom powder to its taste and mix.
- Mix well for at least 15 minutes.
- After whipping, mix chopped dry fruits like pistachios, cashews, almonds etc.
- Saffron food colour can also be mixed in it.
- In this way, delicious Shrikhand will be ready.
- Cool it by keeping it in the fridge and then it is ready to serve.
