Hare Momo Recipe: Ingredients
- Spinach – 100 grams
- Flour – 1 cup
- salt to taste
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Noodles – 1 packet
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup
- Paneer – 1 piece
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

Method:-
- To make momos, first, wash and grind the spinach thoroughly.
- Then add salt to the ground spinach, knead the dough and keep it to set.
- Now heat a glass of water in a pan and make Maggi in it.
- When Maggi is ready, let it cool down.
- Now wash the taken vegetables, chop them finely and fry them by adding a little oil to a pan.
- As long as your Maggi has also cooled down, now put Maggi and all the vegetables in a deep vessel and mix well.
- Now mix the paneer in the same mixture by grating it finely.
- Your momo stuffing is ready, now break the dough into small balls.
- After this, roll out their puris, fill the stuffing in it, and seal it.
- Now pour water into a deep pot or a cooker, boil it well and put a sieve on top.
- Grease the sieve with a little oil so that the momos don’t stick.
- Now put the momo on the sieve and cover the pot of water well.
- Keep in mind that steam should not come out of the vessel.
- Now let the momo cook in steam for 15 – 20 minutes.
Your healthy and green momos are ready, now serve them with chutney. These are very tasty to eat and are also not harmful to health.
