Gulab Sarbat Recipe: Ingredients
Rose flowers – 30 (approx)
Basil leaves – 5 to 6
Mint leaves – 5 to 6
Beetroot – 1
Lemon – 4
sugar – as per taste
Method
- To make rose syrup, first of all you have to take rose leaves.
- After this wash them thoroughly with clean water.
- Now spread it on a clean and cotton cloth, so that it dries.
- After this, put a cup of hot water and rose leaves in a mixer jar and grind them.
- Now filter it with a sieve and take it out in a glass.
- Then cut the beetroot and put it in the mixer jar.
- Also prepare a fine paste by adding mint and basil leaves.
- Now put a cup of water in this paste and keep it for boiling.
- After this, put sugar as per taste in a cup of water and keep it on the gas to make sugar syrup.
- After this, after cooling the boiled beetroot paste, filter it and take it out in a bowl.
- When the sugar syrup cools completely, add lemon juice, rose juice, beetroot, mint and basil juice and mix it.
- Now your Rose sharbat recipe is ready.
