In such a situation, eating homemade pickles is good for health and also tastes great. In fact, many types of nutrients like vitamin c, beta-carotene, antioxidants, vitamin-A, iron, potassium, and magnesium are found in green chillies which are very good for our health.

That’s why a pickle of green chillies enhances the taste and also keeps the health healthy. Let us know how to make instant green chilli pickles at home. Pickles take several days to prepare, so people do not like to wait that long. But today we are going to tell you the recipe for an instant pickle of green chillies which is very easy to make and great in taste. Let’s know the recipe of instant green chilli pickle.

Green Chilli Pickle: Ingredients

  • 100 grams of green chilies cut from the middle
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  • To make instant Green Chilli Pickle, first heat oil in a pan.
  • Now put long chopped chilies in it and fry on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, and then put it in a plate and keep it aside.
  • Now dry roast cumin, asafoetida, black pepper and carom seeds in a non-stick pan till a nice aroma comes.
  • When these spices become cold, grind the roasted spices and make powder.
  • Now put the prepared masala in a deep vessel, add roasted green chillies to it, add lemon juice and salt as per taste.
  • Your instant green chilli pickle is ready.

  • Now put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.
  • You can store this pickle for 1 week to 10 days.

Note: You can take thin or thick green chilies as per your taste. Because thin chillies are pungent and thick chillies are normal.
