- Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup)
- Coffee Powder (1 tsp)
- Vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
- hot water (1/3 cup)
- Caster Sugar (3/4 cup)
- Curd (1/2 cup)
- Maida (3/4 cup)
- Baking soda (1/4 tsp)
- Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
Method
- You can prepare a cake in minutes by adopting easy methods at home. If you want to make a cake without eggs and with less effort, then take hot water in a bowl for this.
- After this, mix cocoa powder and coffee powder in it. Keep whisking it with the help of a spoon or mixer until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Now add vegetable oil along with sugar and curd to it. If you want, you can also add butter or ghee to the batter. Whisk the batter well once again.
- After this, add baking powder, baking soda and refined flour to the batter. Whisk the batter once again and microwave it for about six minutes.
