A recent study listed some beverages that can promote hair loss. The research was conducted by experts at Tsinghua University Beijing. They inferred, “A particular set of drinks can contribute to the risk of baldness in men by 30 percent.”
Coffee, Cola are to be blamed for hair loss?
Researchers found that drinking sweetened tea, coffee, cola, and energy beverages can cause substantial hair loss. According to experts, men who drink one to three litres of these beverages every week may be more prone to have hair loss.

The study added that for healthy hair growth, hair follicle cells require a diet that is both healthy and balanced. Healthy fats, carbs, lean proteins, vitamins, and minerals are the nutrients that one must include in their daily diet, according to the study.
