Dal Sandwich Recipe: Ingredients

  • One onion (finely chopped)
  • 1- Tomato (finely chopped)
  • Half – Cucumber chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp – Oregano
  • 1 – table spoon butter
  • leftover lentils
  • 2-4 bread slices

Recipe

  • To make dal sandwich, first apply bread to dal.
  • Now put all the chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber in it.
  • After this place a slice of paneer and sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano.
  • After this, put another bread on top of the bread.
  • Now put butter in a pan and heat it, and place the sandwich in it.
  • Then roast it from both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • If you have a sandwich maker, you can use that too.
  • Now serve it with sauce or chutney.
  • Protein rich, this sandwich is very good for health and the taste is also amazing.

Note: If you want, you can also grate tomato, onion, cucumber and paneer and add it to the dal.
