- Bread (8 slices)
- Hung Curd (3/4 cup)
- Ghee (2 tbsp)

- finely chopped capsicum (1)
- Shredded Cabbage (200 grams)
- Grated ginger piece (1/2 inch)
- Finely chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp)
- Coarsely ground black pepper (1/3 tsp)

Recipe
- To make curd sandwich, first of all you will need hung curd.
- Hung curd means thick curd from which all the water has been squeezed out.
- Now put the hung curd in a bowl. Mix the chopped vegetables along with it.
- Mix hung curd, vegetables and spices to prepare the stuffing.
- Mix chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green coriander, ginger in it.
- After this add crushed black pepper and salt and mix it well.
