Dahi Ke Kebab: Ingredients
- Cheese grated – 1/2 cup
- Curd – half cup
- Cashew nuts chopped – 3-4 tbsp
- Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
- Green chili chopped – 2-3
- Onion – 1/2 cup
- Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Oil – for frying
- salt – as per taste

Method
- To make Dahi Ke Kebab, first grate the paneer and keep it in a bowl.
- Now put curd in a big mixing bowl and add grated paneer to it.
- After this, take fried onions, red chillies, finely chopped cashew nuts.
- Add green chilies and green coriander to it and mix everything well.
- Now add salt and black pepper as per taste to the mixture.
- Add bread crumbs and mix to remove excess moisture.
- Mix everything well but do not knead it too much or else the curd may start releasing moisture.
- If the dough seems too sticky, you can increase the amount of bread crumbs in it.
- Now grease both the hands with oil and make a round ball by taking the mixture and then press it and give it the shape of a kebab.
- After this coat the dahi kebabs with corn flour, this will remove the extra moisture from the kebabs.
- Similarly, prepare all the curd kebabs one by one.
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the Dahi Kebabs.
- Crisp the Dahi Kebabs from both the sides, when they turn golden brown, take them out.
- Similarly prepare all the curd kebabs.
- Now serve them with your favorite sauce.
