Corn Chaat Recipe: Ingredients
4 cups corn boiled
3 boiled potatoes, grated
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped tomato
100 grams fine vermicelli
1 cup coriander (finely chopped)
2 tsp tamarind chutney
2 tsp green chutney
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
Method
- To make corn chaat, first boil the potatoes, peel them and grate them.
- After this, finely chop the onion, tomato and take them out in a plate.
- Now boil the corn and separate its water.
- After this, grated potatoes and chopped onions are added to the boiled corn. Put tomatoes.
- Now add sev to it and then mix them well.
- Now add green chutney and tamarind chutney to it.
- After this, add salt, chaat masala, and lemon juice to it.
- Now add finely chopped coriander and mix it well.
- Your corn chaat is ready, now serve it.
