Chocolate Day 2023: Dark Chocolate Ingredients

• Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
• Powdered Sugar (1/4 cup)
• Vanilla essence
• Unsalted butter (1/4 cup)

How to Make Dark Chocolate? 

• First of all, put cocoa powder in a vessel. Along with this, add powdered sugar to it and mix it well. When both mix well together, keep them aside.
• After this, turn on the gas and heat the water by placing a vessel on it. After the water boils, cover it from above and keep a deep vessel.
• When the vessel becomes hot, put the button (without salt) in it. After this, add a little vanilla essence and mix. Also, add mixed cocoa powder and chocolate powder and then cook it for about 1 minute.
• Now take it down from the gas and put it in a chocolate mould and leave it to cool down a bit and then freeze it for about 1 hour.
• This way the chocolate will set in the mould. Remove the chocolate from the freeze after 1 hour. In this way, dark chocolate will be easily prepared at home.
