Green Peas Paratha

But today we will tell you about Green Pea Paratha, after eating which you will make these parathas again and again at home. The pleasure of eating Matar Maratha in winter is different. Material: 

  • Wheat flour – 400 grams (2 cups)
  • Oil – 2 small spoons
  • salt – as per taste
  • Green peas – 500 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Ginger – half-inch long piece

Green Peas Paratha Recipe: 

Sieve the flour in a utensil, mix salt and oil in it, and knead the soft dough with lukewarm water. Keep the dough covered for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Peas Stuffing

Boil the peas until they become slightly soft, then grind them coarsely when they cool down. Finely chop green chillies and ginger. Add salt, green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, coriander powder and green coriander to the ground peas and mix well. Keep the griddle for heating. Take out a little dough from the kneaded dough and put 1 spoon of peas stuffing in it.

After this, lift the parantha from all sides and close it, keep it between the two hands and press it with the palms to make it bigger, now apply dry flour and roll it with a rolling pin, the parantha should not burst while rolling, and then Put the rolled parantha on a hot griddle, apply oil on both the sides, roast the parantha till it turns brown. Then serve with vegetables or chutney.

If you are not able to understand what to make special on the weekend, then you can make pea parathas and eat them on Sunday, as well as you can serve them with chutney.
