How to make Mango Candy Recipe?

If you are fond of eating candy, then we are going to tell you how to make Mango Candy, which is very easy. For this, take raw mangoes and wash them, then peel them and cut them into small pieces. Now mix some salt and sugar in it and leave it for 1 hour. Water will come in it in 1 hour, then add some more water to it and boil it on low flame for 10 minutes.

Now filter it with the help of sieve and separate the water. After draining the water, add cumin powder, ground black pepper, chaat masala, mix well and dry in the sun, taking care that they do not stick together. Now fill them in an air tight container and eat whenever you want.

How to make tamarind candy?

Sour-sour tamarind candy looks very fun to eat. To make this, soak tamarind and dates the night before. Then take out all its seeds and grind it in a mixer and cook it in a pan with a small piece of jaggery till it becomes thick. When it is cooked, turn off the gas and mix chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder in it. Now wrap it well with the help of wrapping paper and after drying, cut it into the shape of a candy.

Orange candies are very good to eat. If someone feels like vomiting, orange candy gives relief. To make this, take a glass of orange juice and heat it. When the juice becomes hot, add one spoon of lemon juice and sugar to it and cook on low flame. After a while, when the juice becomes thick, add corn flour to it and mix well so that no lumps are formed. When the juice thickens, turn off the gas and pour it on the mold and leave it to cool. When it cools down and starts to solidify, cut it into the shape of a candy.
