Talking about pulse, here we bring to you a healthy breakfast recipe to make your day- Boiled Chana Toast. Let’s have a look at the recipe.

Boiled Chana Toast: Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chana
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • to taste Lemon juice
  • to taste Chaat masala
  • 2 Bread slices
  • Butter, as required

Method

  1. Cook the chana with salt. Place the boiling chana in a mixing basin with the onion, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander.

2. Combine the lemon juice and chaat masala in a mixing bowl. Toast two slices of bread and cut each one in half.

3. Spread the bread pieces with butter. Enjoy with the chana and veggie mix on top.

Toasted bread pieces with boiled chana, vegetables, lemon juice, and chaat masala on top. Make this high-protein toast for a filling morning.
