Jaggery tea: Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp grated jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon of tea leaves
  • 4 pods of cardamom
  • 1 tsp fennel
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method:

To make jaggery tea, first take a cup of water in a pan, and put it on the gas.

Now put black pepper, fennel, cardamom, tea leaves in this water and boil it well.

When it boils well, turn off the gas.

Now put milk in it.

Now put grated jaggery in a cup and filter the boiled tea in it and mix it with egg with the help of a spoon.
