Basundi Recipe: Ingredients
Fat milk 1 liter, sugar 1/4 cup, cardamom powder 1/4 table spoon, almonds, pistachios and saffron for garnishing.
Method
To make flute, first of all, you have to take a big pan or pan and put ½ can of milk in it. After this, let the milk boil and keep stirring it in between. After this the milk will reduce to half and become thick.
Then when the milk becomes half, add cardamom powder and sugar to it and let it cook well on low flame and keep stirring. After this, take out the milk in a utensil and garnish it well by adding almonds, pistachios and saffron. Your delicious flute is ready.
If you want to eat it cold, let it cool and then serve it. (Bansudi can be eaten hot or cold, although it tastes better when served cold.)
