Amla Chutney Recipe: Ingredients
- Amla – 8-10
- Ginger – half inch piece
- Green chili – 2-3
- Garlic – 5-7 cloves
- Green coriander – 4 tbsp
- Mustard oil – 1 tsp
- salt – as per taste

Recipe
- To make amla chutney, first wash and clean the amla.
- Now wipe them well with a dry cloth, then separate their seeds, and cut them into small pieces.
- After this, clean and chop green chillies and coriander leaves as well.
- Now cut ginger into small pieces or grate it.
- Now take a mixer jar and add gooseberry pieces, green chilies and blend it.
- Now put ginger, garlic, one spoon mustard oil, salt and a little water in it.
- Then blend it well once. You grind it until all the pieces of gooseberry are completely crushed.
- Your amla chutney is ready, now enjoy it with keedi bhi food.
