Potato Bites Recipe: Ingredients

  • 2 medium size boiled potatoes
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

Recipe

  • To make Potato Bites, first grate the boiled potatoes.
  • Now add chili flakes, oregano, corn starch and salt and mix well.
  • After this, take a small ball of potato and give it the shape of a tikki by rotating it round and round.
  • Then keep it in the palms and press lightly to flatten it.
  • In the same way, prepare all the potato tikkis.
  • Now put oil in the pan and put it on the gas to get hot.
  • After this put potato bites one by one in the pan.
  • Enter bytes according to the space on your pan.
  • Now deep fry them on medium flame till they turn golden brown from both the sides.
  • When they are fried well and become crispy, take them out in a plate.
  • Now keep them on tissue paper to separate the extra oil.
  • Your Crispy Potato Bites are ready.
  • Now serve them with your favorite sauce.
  • They look very fun to eat.
