Aate Ki Sabji Recipe: Ingredients

Wheat flour – 4 cups, Tomato – 4, Curd – 1 cup, Green chili – 4-5, Green coriander – 3-4 tbsp, Cumin – 1/4 tsp, Turmeric – 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder – 1 tsp, Red chili powder – 1 tsp, Black pepper – 1/2 tsp, Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp, Asafoetida – 1 pinch, Ginger – 1 inch piece, Black cardamom – 1, Cloves – 3-4, Bay leaf – 1, Oil – 1 bowl (as needed), Salt – as per taste

Method

To make flour vegetable, first of all take wheat flour in a utensil and sieve it. After this knead the dough. After this keep this dough covered. After this take this flour in a bowl and wash it. After this, keep it in a sieve of flour.

After that press it with something round shaped. (By doing this the remaining water in the flour will come out). After that cut it into small rectangular pieces. After this, heat water in a bowl and when it starts boiling, add flour pieces to it.

After this, when they are cooked, take them out in a plate and keep them. After this, put oil in a pan and cook it and put boiled pieces of flour in it and deep fry them. After this, when the pieces become golden and crispy, take them out in a plate.

Now take another pan and heat it by adding 2 tablespoons of oil and when it becomes hot, add the standing spices like cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, asafoetida etc. and fry for some time. After this, grind tomatoes and ginger, add green chilies and cook it.

Then add turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder and kasoori methi to it and cook it. And after that mix it only. After this, add deep fried flour pieces and salt as per taste and cook for about 1-2 minutes. After this you can turn off the gas. And it can be served hot.
