Aam Ki Kadhi Recipe: Ingredients
Four raw mangoes chopped, 2 tbsp oil, one tbsp mustard seeds, 20 to 30 curry leaves, two to three whole red chillies, 8 to 10 whole black peppercorns, one cup grated onion, 3/4 tsp garam masala, Salt as per taste Sugar as per taste One cup coconut milk Ginger for garnishing. Method
To make mango curry, first of all you have to take mangoes and clean them properly. After this, put the mangoes in a big utensil and cook it. After this, to prepare this mixture, add four cups of water to it. After this, take coriander, garam masala, chili, turmeric, salt and sugar in it and mix them well.
After this, take a pan and then heat oil in it and when the oil becomes hot, add curry leaves, whole red chilies, mustard seeds and black pepper and fry it well. After this, when it is fried well, then put onion in it and fry it too.
After this, put the mango mixture in a pan and after boiling, keep cooking on low flame for 5 minutes. After this, add coconut milk to it and cook it on low heat (cook it for at least 2 minutes), after that your mango curry is ready. Now garnish it by adding green coriander and finely chopped ginger and you can serve it now.
