Comparing the Shraddha Walkar Case:
This shocking case reminds one of the 2022 murder case of Shraddha Walkar, who was killed by her boyfriend Aaftab Amin Poonawala. That murderer had chopped the 27-year-old’s body into 35 pieces and disposed of them in a nearby forest. The similarities between the two cases have refreshed the renewed discussions on violent crimes and the alarming nature of these incidents.
The investigation in Bengaluru is still open, and more details are sure to emerge when police follow the broad strokes of this tragic sequence of events.
