New Delhi: An IndiGo airline video is going viral on social media where passengers can be seen sitting inside the aircraft with AC for about 90 minutes. The 6E7261 IndiGo aircraft was travelling from Chandigarh to Jaipur on Saturday.
While sharing his experience, Punjab Congress Committee president Amarinder Singh Raja tweeted the video from his account and said, “Right from the take-off to landing, the ACs were off and all the passengers were made to ‘suffer’ throughout the journey. No one addressed the serious concern during the flight. In fact, the air hostess ‘generously’ distributed tissue papers to the passengers to wipe off their sweat.”

The Congress leader expressed dissatisfaction, highlighting that passengers were made to wait in a scorching queue for 10-15 minutes before the flight took off without ACs. In a video, passengers were seen fanning themselves with tissues and papers.
The leader tagged DGCA and AAI, urging them to take strict action against the airline. Additionally, this is the third incident of a technical snag on IndiGo flights in a day. One IndiGo flight to Delhi made an emergency landing at Patna airport due to an engine malfunction just three minutes after takeoff.
