New Delhi: A Day after Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad Ravan was shot by some miscreants in Saharanpur, Police recovered the car used in an attack.
Police seized a hatchback Swift car from Miragpur village with the help of surveillance cameras. The Police also identified the four men who drove the car over the house in the village. But the men are untraceable as they have stopped using their phones to avoid detection, officials said.
The Police detained four persons from the house from where the car was recovered and interrogated them to get leads.
Bhim Army chief has been undergoing treatment at the district hospital in Saharanpur after one of the two bullets fired on him grazed his waist as it passed through the door.
Police deploy at Saharanpur Hospital
Police personnel in adequate numbers have been deployed at the hospital where Azad is undergoing treatment due to the heavy crowd gathered outside. The supporters of the Bhim Army chief started sloganeering that created an environment of panic.
