The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Wednesday released the pic of the Chandrayaan-3’s Vikram Lander clicked by the Pragyan Rover on the moon’s south pole.

Taking the matter to X (formerly known as Twitter), ISRO wrote, “Chandrayaan-3 Mission: Smile, please📸! Pragyan Rover clicked an image of Vikram Lander this morning. The ‘image of the mission’ was taken by the Navigation Camera onboard the Rover (NavCam). NavCams for the Chandrayaan-3 Mission are developed by the Laboratory for Electro-Optics Systems (LEOS).”
ISRO also informed that the image was taken by the Navigation Camera onboard the Rover (NavCam).

It also said that the Laboratory for Electro-Optics Systems (LEOS) developed the NavCams for the Chandrayaan-3 Mission.
