New Delhi: The sacked Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Seema Patra has been arrested Wednesday morning after she was accused of torturing her house help coming from a tribal community.
The arrested was followed by suspension from the saffron party after the accusations were made against Seema Patra.
In a heart wrenching video, the deceased told her plight saying that she was a “imprisoner” for 8 years at suspended BJP leader’s home.

Sunita, the victim, informed that how she was beaten for asking for food to satisfy her hunger. She was forced to clean floor with her tongue and even she was tortured to lick pee.
She told that Patra used paddle, hot pan, rode and such stuff to beat her resulting in loss of her teeth as well.
The video shows Sunita in a vulnerable condition. Sunita belongs to a tribal family in Gumla.
Media reports claim that Patra’s son Ayushmann helped Sunita and turned his mother in.
