Despite being issued non-bailable warrants on seven occasions, Jaya Prada failed to appear before the court, prompting the MP MLA special court to take strict action against her.
The MP MLA special court, under the jurisdiction of Shobhit Bansal, has instructed the Superintendent of Police to establish a specialized team led by a Deputy SP. The team’s purpose is to ensure Jaya Prada’s appearance in court by March 6. This directive is based on legal provisions invoked when an accused individual repeatedly fails to attend court despite warrants, prompting the initiation of proclamation procedures to secure their presence.
