Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the sections of Delhi to Mumbai and Amritsar to Jamnagar expressway in Rajasthan.
PM Modi inaugurated the sections of expressways on Tuesday. He also inaugurated the 74.6-km long, four-lane Dangiyawas-Nagpur road. This section is a part of Jodhpur Ring Road-I.

The route inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi enhances connectivity. It links different routes and national highways. It will sort the traffic related issues faces in the region.
The route provides a smooth journey to commuters. It offers a smooth journey between Jodhpur and Jaipur. According to NHAI, it builds a connection between Pachpadra refineries and the markets, as per media reports.
As quoted by News 18, NHAI mentioned that, “The Prime Minister today dedicated to the nation the 27.1 km long six-lane Deogarh (near Dhandhaniya) – Rajasthan/Gujarat Border Section on Amritsar – Jamnagar Economic Corridor, which will reduce travel time and improve connectivity between major cities, and industrial corridors.”
According to NHAI, the road will boost connectivity. It will connect major refineries in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Punjab. It will give benefit to the industries. As the industries will be easily accessible from the northern side of India.
Delhi-Mumbai Expressway
A section of the Delhi-Mumbai expressway became operational to the public. The length of the section is 28 km. This will improve the connectivity. It will solve traffic-related problems and make the journey comfortable for the commuters. This section will give a major boost to tourism.
