BJP Demands Public Apology From Rahul Gandhi
Meanwhile, the Centre has been asking Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to apologise to all the Indians for “insulting” the nation on the foreign soil. Gandhi, during his visit to UK, had made several comments over the Indian democracy.
He said that Indian democracy is under attack and asked for the intervention from the governments of UK and US.
Top officials of the Congress have stated that Rahul Gandhi had said nothing such that would require an apology while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has decided not to let the matter go without having their demand fulfilled.
