In the latest BARC ratings, News24 has seen a 2% increase in its GRP. It rose from 7.7 in the 19th week to 7.9 in the 20th week. Meanwhile, ABP News experienced a 1% decline in its GRP, dropping from 6.8 in the 19th week to 6.7 in the 20th week. Zee News’ GRP remained unchanged, staying at 6.5 for both the 19th and 20th weeks.

News24’s market share growth rate has also increased. It rose from 6.7 in the 19th week to 6.8 in the 20th week, reflecting a 2% growth. In contrast, both ABP News and Zee News saw a decline in their market share growth rates. ABP News’ market share growth rate dropped by 2%, from 5.8 in the 19th week to 5.7 in the 20th week. Similarly, Zee News’ market share growth rate fell by 1%, remaining at 5.6 for both the 19th and 20th weeks. With this improvement, News24 is now not far behind Times Now Navbharat in market share growth rate.
