As the general elections are in April-May this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that all the development projects inaugurated by us is not in the view of elections like earlier governments used to do. He said that the announcements they made is the campaign of his journey, not an election campaign.

PM Modi alleged that since the past few days people are bit surprised as he has been inaugurating several projects including Airports, IIMs, AIIMS, etc. across different parts of the country. He stated that people have the old mindset that the reason behind the inauguration of projects are elections. “However, this is because of the previous government which used to make promise before elections and after winning they used to get disappear till the next season,” PM Modi attacks opposition.

PM Modi emphasized that the announcements and inaugurations made by them is not for the election purpose, instead they are making the country to gallop to make it developed by the 2047.
During his address at a public rally in Azamgarh, PM Modi also said that currently, Azamgarh’s prominence is on the rise.
He stated that events held in Delhi in the past attracted participation people from various states, while in the current scenario Azamgarh is hosting events, attracting thousands of individuals from across the country.

Before his address, PM Modi also inaugurated and initiated projects valued at over Rs 34,000 crore in the state.
