‘Yakub Memon’s grave was made a mazar during Uddhav’s tenure’
BJP has alleged that the grave of Yakub was converted into a mazar when Uddhav Thackeray was the Chief Minister. There is a big graveyard in front of Marine Lines station in Mumbai. This is where Yakub Memon, who was convicted of the 93 blasts, was buried.
Photos and videos of Yakub Memon’s grave have surfaced. There are green lights around the tomb, big lights are installed near it. Marble is on. BJP has directly said that during the tenure of Chief Minister Thackeray, Yakub’s grave was converted into a tomb. This allegation has been made by BJP leader Ram Kadam.

Yakub Memon’s family installed lights, marbles: Caretaker
The caretaker of the cemetery says that the place where Yakub’s grave is has been taken by his family. His family members are also buried there. Marbles are not only found around Jacob’s grave but also in the surrounding tombs. Green lights and marbles have been installed by his family members. Big lights have been installed so that there is light in the cemetery.
