COVID Update: 120 new cases with a zero death toll of corona have been reported in the country in 24 hours. Earlier on Tuesday, 80 new cases with one death were reported in the country. In this way, a rise of 40 has been registered in the new daily case of Corona in the last 24 hours.

According to the data released this morning (June 14, 2023) by the Ministry of Health, 120 new cases of corona infection were reported in the country in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 220 people in the country were successful in defeating the Coronavirus infection, i.e., they became healthy. With this, the number of active cases of coronavirus in the country has come down from 2,248 to 2,148. In this way, a decrease of 100 has been registered in the number of active cases in the last 24 hours.

With this, the total number of Corona infections in the country has increased to 4 crore, 49 lakh, and 93 thousand, 080. While the number of people getting cured has increased to 4 crore, 44 lakh, and 59 thousand, 040. At the same time, a total of 5 lakh, 31 thousand, and 892 people have died due to the Coronavirus infection in the country.

According to the information given by the Union Health Ministry, the recovery rate in the country has now increased to 98.81 percent. While the death rate remains at 1.18 percent. Whereas active cases comprise 0.01 percent of the total infections. According to the information available on the Ministry’s website, about 220.66 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been given so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign.
