Corona Update: 180 new cases reported in India in 24 hours

According to the data released this morning (25 February 2023) by the Ministry of Health, 180 new cases of corona infection were reported in the country in the last 24 hours. During this, no person has died due to corona infection. While during this period 106 people were able to beat the corona virus infection i.e. became healthy. With this, the number of active cases of corona has increased to 2090 in the country. In this way, a rise of 74 has been registered in the number of active cases in the last 24 hours. Total number of infection in the country is 4,46,85,799 With this, the total number of corona infected in the country has increased to 4 crore 46 lakh 85 thousand 799. While the number of people getting cured has increased to a total of 4 crore 41 lakh 52 thousand 945. At the same time, a total of 5 lakh 30 thousand 764 people have died due to corona virus infection in the country.

Whereas active cases comprise 0.01 per cent of the total infections. According to the information available on the Ministry's website, about 220.63 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been given so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign.
