According to the news agency PTI, Amit Shah stated that the grand-old party is experiencing a crisis across the country, the impact of which is visible to all.
The Union Minister also mentioned the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which claims to win the upcoming state elections. Shah asked to wait for the Gujarat election results and said the "AAP's name may not figure in winning candidates’ list."

Shah said there are three key factors largely contributing to the BJP's influence in Gujarat. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popularity, inclusive development and zero-appeasement policy are the strengths of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the state.
