New Delhi: At least 15 passengers died and 40 others were injured in Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa after a bus in which they were traveling collided with a trolley truck near Suhagi Pahari, reported news agency ANI. Of the 40 who were injured, 20 have been admitted to a hospital in Prayagraj.

When the tragedy occurred, the bus was travelling from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m.

According to reports, every passenger on the bus is an Uttar Pradesh resident. Twenty of the 40 injured have been sent to a hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and one of them is reportedly critically hurt. “Hyderabad to Gorakhpur was the destination of the bus.

According to reports, all passengers on the bus are UP citizens “said Navneet Bhasin, superintendent of police (SP), Rewa.
