One crore 33 lakh 77 thousand cash, 16 lakh 17 thousand jewellery, HDFC Bank lockers and locker papers have been found during the raids at the residence of Engineer’s Basant Vihar Colony in Patna.

At the same time, a total of 4 crore 30 lakh 38 thousand have been recovered from the residence of Sanjay Kumar Rai in Kishanganj, Rs 96 lakh from the residence of his office accountant Khurram Sultan in Patna and Kishanganj. In this way, 5 crore 32 lakh 38000 have been recovered in the raids so far. The action of the Surveillance Investigation Bureau is currently in progress. According to the information, a note counting machine has been installed for the recovery of the huge amount of cash. According to Patna DSP Vigilance Sujit Sagar, several raids are going on in Bihar in connection with the involvement of Sanjay Kumar Rai.
