New Delhi: Yashoda, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s most recent film, has been a commercial and critical triumph. The movie’s November 11 release date was under the direction of Hari and Harish. Despite receiving a mixed reception upon release, the movie is doing well at the box office. With each day that goes by, the movie gains popularity at the box office.
Samantha’s strong performance in the action thriller has received praise from both the critics and the audience. Regarding the film’s box office earnings, they saw a modest decline on day 8 at the box office.
Box Office Collection
Early estimates indicate that Yashoda made close to Rs 45 lakh [nett] on day 8 of the box office. On November 17, the movie was made between Rs 70 lakh and Rs 1 crore. In contrast to that, the movie saw a decline in ticket sales.
On November 11, Yashoda was released in theatres in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. At the box office, the movie competed with Amitabh Bachchan’s Uunchai and the Hollywood production Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
About Yashoda
Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi are the five Indian languages in which Yashoda has been released. Despite Samantha’s lack of a Bollywood debut, Yashoda has been dubbed and distributed in Hindi in addition to other languages. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Unni Mukundan co-star with Samantha in the movie.
Mani Sharma wrote the soundtrack for Yashoda, and the film’s producers also employed Marthand K Venkatesh as the editor and M Sukumar as the cinematographer. The film is directed by Hari and Harish, will be released on November 11 under the Sridevi Movies banner and produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad.
