New Delhi: In Lucknow on Thursday, singer Kailash Kher lost his cool while performing at the Khelo India University Games’ opening ceremony.

The artist reportedly complained furiously that he was forced to wait for an hour at the Khelo India event due to poor management. Similar videos are becoming very popular on social media.

He said, “Zyada command dikhayi jaa rahi hain (excessive attitude is being shown). I am Yogi Adityanath’s favourite. Commando giri waha dikhao jaha dikhayi jaaye (show this attitude where it needs to be shown).”

He was heard grumbling in the recordings about having to wait for more than an hour, and the artist also charged the event producers with poor management and unruly behaviour.

Kailash Kher, in one of the viral videos, was heard saying loudly, “Tameez seekho (Learn some manners). I was made to wait for an hour. What kind of Khelo India is this? Does it happen like this? It doesn’t work like that.”

He was also heard saying that he performed for the audience and the country despite the delay and poor planning in another video.

The singer said, “I have been called here to perform for you people. You should know that this one and hours are allocated only to us.”

Kailash Kher said, “Even Maharaj Yogi ji adores us. We want to touch the feet of every Indian but first things should be organised. Attention must be paid to this. Don’t do this.”
