New Delhi: The makers of Sidharth Malhotra, Rakulpreet Singh starrer Thank God has unveiled its latest song Dil De Diya which is a reprised version of the same song from the 2004 film Masti.

After releasing the teaser on Sunday, the makers has released the full song titled ‘Dil De Diya’ on October 17. The song has been crooned by Anand Raaj Anand. The music has been composed by Rochak Kohli and Anand Raaj Anand. The lyrics have been penned by Rashmi Virag and Sameer.

Dil De Diya is a beautiful track which shows a husband’s (Sidharth Malhotra) repentance over his deeds to his wife played by Rakulpreet, as the former struggles to survive. The video opens with Ajay Devgn as Citragupta and making a common man realise his mistakes that took him to the world between life and death.

The story then shifts Sidharth’s human form on earth where he is seen spending time with his family and friends. In the end, Sidharth can be seen unconscious in the hospital bed while a bunch of doctors operates upon him.

Meanwhile, fans have been anticipating the release of the film, which is a sequel to the smash film OMG: Oh My God! Before the film’s debut, the producers are attempting to capture everyone’s attention and raise the level of excitement by releasing a new trailer.

Thank You will face stiff competition with Ram Setu at box office. When asked about the clash with Ram Setu, Sidharth said, “I feel Diwali is such a period that historically multiple films have come. I think that’s the period when people want to enjoy movies and come. So, I don’t really feel that it’s something would hamper or take away from any other film. Ram Setu is Akshay Kumar’s film and we wish him all the luck. It’s all upto the audience.”
