Sidhu Moosewala’s parents blessed with a baby boy nearly two years following the assassination of the Punjabi singer. His father, Sardar Balkaur Sidhu, shared the first photo of the newborn on his social media platform.
He took to Instagram on Sunday to share a photo with the newborn. In the background of the picture, there was a photo frame featuring Sidhu Moosewala. Balkaur, dressed in a blue shirt and jeans, cradled the baby in his arms. Additionally, a cake was placed on a nearby table in the photo.
He captioned the pic, “With the grace of countless admirers of Shubdeep, the Divine has bestowed upon us Shubh’s younger sibling. Thanks to Waheguru’s blessings, our family is in good health, and I express gratitude to all the supporters for their overwhelming affection (folded hands emoji).” Balkaur and his wife, Charan Kaur, welcomed the newborn into their family.

Last week, Balkaur addressed the rumors surrounding his family and urged everyone not to trust them. Writing on his official Facebook account in Punjabi, he stated, “We appreciate Sidhu’s fans who care about our family. However, we urge you not to believe the numerous rumors circulating about us. Any updates or news regarding the family will be shared directly with you all.”
In February, family sources confirmed that Sidhu’s mother, Charan Kaur, underwent IVF (In vitro fertilisation) treatment, which proved successful, leading to her pregnancy with a baby expected in March. The report indicated that Charan’s pregnancy was verified by Sidhu Moosewala’s uncle, Chamkaur Singh.
Sidhu Moosewala, aged 28, was tragically shot and killed on May 29, 2022, in Mansa. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at Mansa Civil Hospital. The assailants fired more than 30 rounds at him, and he was discovered slumped in the driver’s seat by local residents.
