Announcing the upcoming project, Salman Khan wrote on X that watch ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ and ‘Maidaan’ this Eid, and let’s meet next Eid for ‘Sikandar’… Wishing you all a blessed Eid!

The superstar was last seen in Tiger 3.

Speaking to the Times of India, A. R. Murugadoss provided some insights into his upcoming film. He mentioned that in addition to intense action scenes, the film will also feature strong emotional elements and convey a significant social message. It is set to be a pan-India film, with audiences getting to see a new side of Salman Khan.

Murugadoss went on to explain that he and Salman Khan had initially discussed the project five years ago, but it had to be put on hold due to various circumstances. Recently, Salman expressed renewed interest in the project after a fresh narration, saying that the script resonated with him and asked to begin work on it right away.

According to Pinkvilla, the film, titled Sikander, will be shot in Portugal and other European countries, as well as parts of India, with a massive budget of Rs 400 crore. This makes it the most ambitious film yet for Sajid Nadiadwala.
