New Delhi: Rashmika Mandanna is gearing up for her next film, the spy thriller Mission Majnu, starring Sidharth Malhotra. The 26-year-old, who debuted in Bollywood with the film Goodbye last year, was also seen in the blockbuster Sita Ramam.
The actor was recently seen at a Mission Majnu screening with her co-star Sidharth Malhotra. Other celebrities that attended the screening were Mrunal Thakur, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, producer Aman Gill, Nora Fatehi, Rhea Chakraborty, Kim Sharma, and Sharib Hashmi, as well as Sidharth’s rumoured lover Kiara Advani.

Rashmika, who has a large fan base in Bollywood, was mobbed as she exited the stadium after the event. Despite her best efforts to welcome all of the admirers, the actor had to rush to her car, which had to wade through a sea of people to get out. Rashmika was clearly concerned about the safety of spectators and paparazzi when she saw this and was spotted apologising to the audience.
Mission Majnu is a 1970s-set spy thriller. Malhotra will play an Indian Intelligence Agent who goes undercover in Pakistan to pass on critical intelligence about the border nations’ nuclear capabilities. The film will be available on Netflix on January 20.
