New Delhi: Singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, also known as KK, passed away on May 31 after suffering a heart attack. Everyone was taken aback by KK’s sudden death. The singer’s soulful music will always be afresh in people’s heart and today, on the occasion of his birth anniversary, the late singer’s wife Jyothy Krishna has remembered him with a heartfelt post. Sharing an unseen picture, she captioned the post: “Happy Birthday Sweetheart. Love you, miss you sooo much, it hurts.” In the picture, the singer is seen holding his wife close as they posed for the camera.

KK’s daughter Taamara also shared a throwback picture. In the picture, we can see a baby Taamara feeding her dad with cake. Sharing this adorable post, Taamara wrote, “Happy birthday dad, gonna miss wishing you 500 times today. And miss waking up and eating cake with you, hope you’re eating as much cake as you want to up there. And don’t worry we’re not gonna let mom feel sad today, we’ll annoy her so she’s angry. Hope you can hear us sing tonight dad, it’s all for you.”

Meanwhile, on Friendship Day, KK’s daughter Taamara and son Nakul Krishna released a new version of his popular song Yaaron. Several big singers, including Dhvani Bhanushali, Shaan, Benny Dayal, Papon, and others, sang the re-released song. In the released video, we could also see KK’s son and daughter singing the song.
