New Delhi: Titanic fame Kate Winslet hospitalised after she was injured on the sets in Croatia. She has been admitted to Dubrovnik Hospital, as she has apparently injured her leg while filming on set.

The actress reportedly lost her balance and slipped while shooting in a village called Kupari. Post which, the 46-year-old was rushed to a hospital as a precautionary measure.

As per Croatian media reports, the Titanic actress was seen arriving at the medical facility in a black van. She was seen wearing black clothes along with a face mask.

Confirming the news, Kate’s spokesperson told Express.co.uk that the actress has been rushed to the hospital but she is now fine and will be filming as planned. The representative said, “Kate slipped and was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure required by the production. She is fine and will be filming, as planned, this week.”

The actress is currently shooting in Croatia for a film about a wartime photographer, Lee Miller. Lee Miller was a celebrated photographer who worked exceptionally under the magazine’s editor-in-chief Audrey Withers.

Directed by Oscar-nominated talent Ellen Kuras, the film has been titled ‘Lee’. Ellen Kuras has also directed ‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind’.

The movie will feature, Jude Law, Josh O’Connor, and Marion Cotillard. Ellen Kuras directorial will take inspiration from the biography, ‘The Lives of Lee Miller by Antony Penrose’.
